Receptionist

Our Receptionist provides the first impression for all visitors into the Hearth community. Responsibilities include general administrative duties and greeting potential residents, families, visitors, as well as managing both external and internal calls. Also responsible for taking and communicating messages. Should also be able to provide an overview of community information to those inquiries in support of the marketing and sales efforts.

Position Requirements:

  • High school diploma or GED proven experience.
  • Experience in a customer service role (required).
  • Demonstration of excellent customer service, organizational and communication skills.
  • Must have good judgment, problem solving and decision making skills as well as be an organized record keeper.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel and have the ability to learn new applications.
