Memory Care
At Sycamore Village our employees receive special training in Hearth Management’s Care Connect Program, which has been specially designed to provide the level of assistance needed to improve the quality of life for our residents with Alzheimer’s disease or dementia. Every aspect of Sycamore Village Memory Care is tailored to meet the physical and emotional challenges of individuals living with dementia. We offer a calm and stress free environment with therapeutic and social stimulation, personal care assistance plus medical evaluations. Our staff is specially
trained to respond to the unique needs of our residents.


Our Special Staff and Services
Sycamore Village Memory Care has caring and experienced staff available 24 hours a day to provide the services necessary to meet the unscheduled and varying health care needs of our residents.

Some of the services provided are:

• Medication administration
• Assistance with dressing, bathing and all personal care
• Nutritious meals and snacks daily
• Specially designed activities
• Housekeeping
• Personal laundry and linen service
• Transportation
• 24 hour supervision and assistance

Family Interaction
At Sycamore Village Memory Care, family members are as important as our residents. Involvement of family and loved ones ensures that our residents receive the individualized care that meets their special needs.
