COVID-19 Updates

We're open for visitation and tours! Any visitors are strongly encouraged to bring their COVID-19 vaccination card, and will be subject to a check-in screening. 

We understand that it’s our responsibility to work together to keep our building COVID-free. That’s why we’ve partnered with Cubigo, visitation check-in and monitoring software that allows us to screen and contract trace each visitor easily and efficiently. In addition to screening each visitor through Cubigo, we continue to mist our building’s common areas with hospital-grade cleaning solution at least twice a day. The solution is part of our Total Coverage 360 cleaning program and has the proven ability to kill bacteria and viruses, including COVID-19.

Vaccination at The Hearth

Per state mandates, in combination with Hearth company standards, all team members in New York and Connecticut are fully vaccinated against COVID-19. In addition, prospective residents who are not vaccinated, and adamantly refuse vaccination, are not eligible to move into any Hearth community.
