COVID-19 Updates

The Hearth is proud to announce that all of our campuses are now sanitized by Viking Pure cleaning and disinfecting solution on a daily basis. We are one of the first organizations in the nation to raise the bar to daily hospital grade disinfection across all our 15 campuses.

The Hearth is stronger than ever, and we have met this challenge with new tools, resources, practices, and advancements that are helping us to lead the way forward for our residents.

In these challenging times we want to reassure you that we continue to work tirelessly to ensure the safety and wellbeing of those we serve. We have and will continue to exhaust every resource and best practice available to ensure that our premier campuses provide optimal care.

Our dedication to you is unwavering.

Vaccine Announcement

As you know, multiple pharmaceutical companies are working diligently to create a vaccine to combat COVID-19. As a senior living provider, our residents and team members will be prioritized and have the opportunity to receive the vaccine shortly after it is released. This opportunity has been presented to us on a voluntary basis. It is up to each Hearth resident and team member to decide whether or not they want to receive the vaccine. We have secured CVS as our vaccine provider, and are working closely with them to secure additional project information and a timeline for rollout.

Please, continue to check back for updates regarding Coronavirus vaccination at The Hearth, and familiarize yourself with these useful resources:

Visitor & Access Policy

  • Our community's visitation policies are subject to state regulation. Please contact your Hearth campus to learn more about our evolving visitation procedure.
  • Guests visiting Hearth communities that are open for indoor visitation at this time must follow these guidelines:
  1. Visits are limited to 30 minutes and must be scheduled in advance through our reception teams.
  2. Guests will have their temperature taken and sign an attestation upon arrival.
  3. Guests must wear a mask, fit snugly above their nose and below their mouth, throughout the duration of each visit. Masks must be surgical masks, or full covering.  We recommend KN95, however, no vented masks are permitted.
  4. Indoor visits will be conducted in the community's designated guest lounge, which has plexiglass dividers and can be easily monitored by our team members for you and your loved one’s safety. The guest lounge will be sanitized, using our Total Coverage 360 standards, before and after each visit.
  5. Guests are not allowed in resident apartments at this time.
  • Health care providers, vendors and urgent visits, including hospice staff, will be granted access to the community once they have completed our entry screening procedures.
